Terms & Conditions for 555rl — Platform Rules, User Obligations, and Account Policies

By accessing the 555rl platform at https://555rl.app, creating a Player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first use any 555rl service.

If you are accessing the 555rl platform on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" refer to both the individual accessor and the relevant entity.

The same rules apply whether you are connecting via Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or any fixed broadband provider in Bangladesh.

Related Policies

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside 555rl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the binding agreement between you and 555rl. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Minimum age requirement: The 555rl platform is exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any game or promotion on the platform. This requirement applies to all Players without exception.

If 555rl discovers or reasonably suspects that a Player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended. Account Security

You must not share your username or password with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. Any action taken through your account while your credentials are in use — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility.

One Account Policy

Responsible Deposits

In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by 555rl are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement means that the total bonus amount must be wagered twenty times across eligible games before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category will be specified in the promotion's terms. Live casino games, virtual sports, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

Bonus Abuse

555rl monitors bonus usage across all accounts. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of bonus funds, voiding of related winnings, and potentially permanent account closure:

Expiry

All bonus funds and free bets carry an expiry date stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Any unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements remaining at the time of expiry will be removed from the account automatically. 555rl will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

Seasonal Promotions

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server interruption, or connectivity failure during a game session, 555rl will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where this is not technically possible, 555rl reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the relevant stake to the Player's account balance. By using the 555rl platform, you agree to conduct yourself lawfully, honestly, and in good faith. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered Players at all times.

Player Obligations

Prohibited Conduct

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

555rl monitors all account activity for indicators of the prohibited behaviours listed above. Where a violation is identified or reasonably suspected, 555rl reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account, freeze the account balance pending investigation, void all pending and recent bets, forfeit accumulated winnings, withhold deposits where fraud is suspected, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities.

Voluntary Closure

Any Player may request the closure of their 555rl account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request. Before the account is closed, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to the withdrawal conditions described in Section 05. Bonus funds outstanding at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

Closure for Responsible Gaming

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion via their account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened regardless of the Player's request. Suspension and Closure by 555rl

555rl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its discretion if:

• The Player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information.
• The account is involved in suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• The Player is found to be under the age of 18.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency instructs 555rl to suspend or close the account.

In cases of closure due to a Terms & Conditions violation or fraud, 555rl reserves the right to retain the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an investigation concludes that the Player has acted in good faith, any retained real-money funds will be returned. Where fraud or abuse is confirmed, retained funds may be forfeited in full.

555rl provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 555rl takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, security, and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555rl shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from platform unavailability, technical malfunctions, or suspended markets.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 555rl platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where 555rl's security systems have not been breached.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.
• Any loss or damage caused by viruses, malware, or other technologically harmful material transmitted to your device through your use of the 555rl platform.
• Inaccuracies in odds, prices, or game information caused by data feed errors from third-party providers.

555rl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 555rl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your 555rl account, a game outcome, a payment transaction, or any other matter covered by these Terms & Conditions, you should contact the 555rl support team in the first instance by emailing [email protected]. Please include your registered username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant supporting information such as transaction IDs, game round IDs, or screenshots.

555rl's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours of receipt and will aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days. For complex matters involving detailed game log or transaction reviews, the resolution timeline may be extended to 14 business days. 555rl will keep you informed of progress throughout the investigation period.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint following the internal dispute resolution process described above, you may escalate the matter by requesting a senior review from the 555rl compliance team. All escalated complaints are reviewed by a senior team member who was not involved in the initial resolution. 555rl's decision at the senior review stage is final and binding for all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus disputes, and platform usage policies.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 555rl operates as an online platform serving the Bangladesh market and complies with its obligations under applicable frameworks. By using the platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal process described above.

555rl does not make any representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh. If you choose to access the platform from outside Bangladesh, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

555rl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law or regulation, changes in the services offered by the platform, corrections of typographical or factual errors, or improvements to the clarity of existing provisions.

When material changes are made to these Terms & Conditions, 555rl will notify active Players by publishing a prominent notice on the platform homepage and, where an email address is registered on the account, by sending a notification to that address. The updated Terms & Conditions will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

It is your responsibility as a Player to review these Terms & Conditions periodically and to familiarise yourself with any changes. Your continued use of any 555rl service following the publication of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 09.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, rephrasing for clarity without change of substance, or the addition of new game categories to existing provisions — may be made without prior notice. These minor changes take effect immediately upon publication.
